Mike McKee
CEO
Mike McKee was appointed Chief Executive Officer and President of Ataccama in August 2023. Together with the leadership team, he executes on Ataccama’s mission to empower organizations to maximize the transformative potential of data and AI, enabling them to extract insights that help them make better business decisions.
Mike brings three decades of senior leadership experience and startup expertise, having formerly served as Chief Executive Officer and President at Dotmatics. He also held the role of Chief Executive Office at ObserveIT, and subsequently was appointed EVP & GM, Insider Threat Management, at Proofpoint after its acquisition of ObserveIT. Previously, he was SVP, Services & Customer Success at Rapid7, which completed an IPO on the NASDAQ during his tenure, and SVP, CAD Operations & Strategy at PTC, an organization at which he spent over 11 years and held senior positions in sales, finance, and services.
Mike’s experience also includes business strategy consulting at McKinsey, and his self-founded Onward & Upward Consulting initiative, as well as roles in investment banking with Goldman Sachs and Broadview International. Mike holds a MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree in Economics and Politics from Princeton University.
Mike’s heart originally belonged on the ice and he was a professional player for the Canadian National Hockey League. Mike has four children and has coached them all in hockey over the last decade. Mike loves to exercise by trying to keep up with his teenage son playing men’s hockey together, doing Peloton workouts or playing tennis, squash and golf with friends. Fortunately, Mike can enjoy the last three sports with his wife (though she is MUCH better than he is at squash) who is very busy with her own residential architecture business. Mike loves time with family, Taylor Swift (thanks to his youngest daughter), sports, and travel.
Grant Hughes
Chief Financial Officer
Grant Hughes is Chief Financial Officer and Country Manager for Canada at Ataccama. A seasoned executive with extensive technology and SaaS experience, Grant leads financial strategy, reporting, forecasting & analysis, and legal, IT & security at the company and sits on the executive management team.
Grant joined Ataccama in 2023 from PointClickCare, a leading healthcare SaaS provider, where he was VP Corporate Development and Treasury, Tax & Investor Relations over two plus years. Prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer at Lumenix, a building technology provider. Grant spent the majority of his career as an Investment Banker in Toronto and New York and completed numerous M&A, IPO, and financing transactions across multiple industries.
Grant is an avid tennis player and also enjoys skiing, playing hockey, kiteboarding and staying active in the gym. He coaches his son’s hockey team and secretly loves that his daughter is a season (or two) away from beating him on the tennis court. He savors time on the sandy shores of Lake Huron with family and friends and traveling in Italy with his wife.
Scott Lewis
SVP, Customer Success
Scott Lewis is Senior Vice President of Customers at Ataccama and a member of the executive management team, having joined the company in 2023. Scott is focused on working with customers to connect data to their business and delivering long term value and growth.
With over two decades of experience ranging from startups to large global software vendors, Scott’s areas of expertise include sales leadership and enablement, go to market, and customer relationship management. Prior to joining Ataccama, he was VP Global GTM and RevOps at OutSystems, a low-code platform software provider, where he set the go to market strategy including portfolio marketing, revenue operations, and business value consulting.
Prior to this, Scott spent six years at cybersecurity and observability leader Splunk, latterly in the role of Vice President and a member of the senior leadership team. During his tenure, he was responsible for the company’s global IT portfolio strategy and revenue, led M&A during a number of high profile acquisitions, and built new go to market functions from the ground up, including business value consulting, IT operations, security and business analytics specialist sales teams, and field enablement.
Outside of work, Scott spends most of his time on family activities with his wife and three children. When not watching his kids play sports, he takes the opportunity to stay fit, regularly road cycling and running and, whenever possible, trying to play golf.
Marta DeBellis
Chief Marketing Officer
Marta DeBellis is Chief Marketing Officer at Ataccama and is responsible for aligning company business goals with the innovation roadmap to deliver a robust go-to-market strategy. An experienced CMO and GTM leader with a track record that includes Adobe, Intel and MRM Worldgroup on the Microsoft account, Marta has deep expertise in strategy, marketing, customer engagement, business development and operations, with a focus on B2B Software-as-a-Service companies at all stages of growth.
Marta has held senior leadership positions at several large, global brands across multiple regions and is adept at translating global strategies to local markets to achieve results and scale in new markets. She served as Chief Marketing Officer at Dotmatics, a scientific data platform, where she consolidated the narrative, branding and category positioning of 11 companies. Previously, she held Global Chief Marketing Officer roles at B2B SaaS companies HireVue, and Instructure, at which she led a 120-person strong global marketing team.
Marta serves on the Board of Civis Analytics, which helps nonprofit and public sector organizations to gain better insights into their data for competitive advantage. Passionate about developing teams, she is a Thinking Partner business coach and qualified to help people identify their strengths, and is also a mentor for scholars of the Marketing Academy. Marta has a BSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
A world traveler, Marta has lived in Germany, Thailand and Australia for work assignments but loves spending time outdoors at home in the US. An always-active person, Marta backpacked around the world for a year in her 20s, and still enjoys hiking and mountain biking, camping and spending time with her three children and dog at their family lake house in Wisconsin, and snow skiing in her hometown of Park City, Utah.
Matt Lane
SVP, Global Sales
Matt Lane is Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Ataccama. He joined the organization in 2023 to advance the company’s revenue strategy and build a world class sales team.
Prior to Ataccama, he held the role of Vice President of Global Revenue at Peak, an AI company, where he was responsible for leading customer management strategy. Previously, Matt served as Vice President of Sales and Global GTM Chief of Staff at Mimecast. During his 13 year tenure, he also held a number of other sales-focused leadership roles including leading GTM strategy, customer engagement and the global revenue function where he established best practices in global standard operating procedures.
Matt attended the College of the Holy Cross where he lettered in varsity football. He remains a huge Holy Cross Crusader supporter as well as loving his time in the gym, traveling and on the golf course. Matt is married to his wife, Sarah, and resides on Cape Cod with their dog, Nicky.
Martin Zahumensky

Martin is Chief Product Technology Officer at Ataccama and a member of the executive management team. With over two decades of experience, he is responsible for leading the engineering teams and developing and delivering the technology that underpins our products.
Previously, Martin was a co-founder of Instarea, a big data monetization startup for telecommunication operators, which he led as CEO for seven years. During his tenure, Instarea grew to earn Euro 4.5 million in annual revenue and was included in the FT 1000 list of fastest growing European companies. Prior to this, he was previously at Ataccama in the role of Delivery Center Director for two years, having joined from technology consultancy Adastra, where he spent six years as Competency Director for data quality and master data management projects.
Martin started his career in data management when he was at university in Bratislava, Slovakia, where he spent the free time between classes programming everything from video games to billing software for his father’s company. After graduation, he joined Accenture to work in data integration and has pursued this technology interest professionally ever since.
Martin has been an athlete his whole life and participates regularly in triathlons and Ironman races (long-distance endurance running, swimming, and cycling events). He enjoys listening to podcasts and audiobooks on Audible, especially to pass the time when working out.
Iva Rotreklova
SVP of People & Culture
Iva is Senior Vice President of People & Culture at Ataccama. Iva has over 20 years of experience and as a member of the Ataccama leadership team, she is responsible for driving the global people strategy at the company.
Prior to joining Ataccama, Iva held the senior role of People Director at Avast, a FTSE 100 company, where she and her team supported the CTO, CISO, Finance and Marketing teams for all people-related matters and requirements. During her tenure of more than a decade at Avast, Iva provided support for company executives and their leadership teams across post-acquisition integration and culture transformation projects, learning and development, rewards, performance management, and employee engagement.
Iva is a passionate hiker and mountain enthusiast - two passions that she shares with her two children and spouse. Whenever possible, they explore the beauty of the hills and mountains together, whether on foot or skis. She is an avid reader (definitely preferring physical books to a Kindle) and is also a big fan of sci-fi movies. She greatly enjoys designing and organizing treasure hunts for the children in her extended family; her multi-day treasure hunts have become a cherished summer family tradition.
Jay Limburn
Chief Product Officer
Jay Limburn is Chief Product Officer at Ataccama, where he leads a worldwide team of product managers to deliver market leading data management software products. Jay has a deep background in data governance, data quality, MDM and AI, and has spent over two decades helping companies align their technology vision, strategy and execution to deliver business outcomes.
Jay holds 17 patents in areas including machine learning, data governance and data generation. His passion is building market-leading, customer-focused products that enable enterprises to embrace AI innovation to augment human intelligence.
Before joining Ataccama, Jay was Vice President of Product Management at IBM, where he led the team responsible for the watsonx AI platform and IBM’s Data Fabric portfolio. In this role, he was focused on delivering cutting-edge generative AI, machine learning, and data and analytics capabilities to address some of the world's most complex problems.
In his spare time, Jay is an ardent follower of Formula 1 and spends his weekends golfing, playing guitar and enjoying time with his family.
